Palace Theatre tickets & upcoming events

Looking for an iconic San Francisco spot where history and live entertainment collide? The Palace Theatre is that place. Opened in 1909, it’s one of the city’s oldest and most beloved venues, hosting everything from legendary concerts to comedy shows and even film premieres. Walking into the Palace feels like stepping back in time with its ornate decor, glittering chandeliers, and vintage charm. It’s the kind of place where you might catch a heart-pumping concert from a band you love or laugh until your sides hurt at a comedy act. The seating’s pretty flexible too; if you’re after the best view, the front-center seats are where it’s at, but the side balconies offer a cozy vibe and a little more privacy. Plus, the theater offers some sweet VIP options if you’re feeling fancy or want that extra comfort. Honestly, I’ve seen some unforgettable nights here, once, a jazz legend took the stage and the whole room just kind of vibrated with energy. Whether you're a local or just passing through, missing out on a show at the Palace would be a real shame. It’s a true San Francisco treasure that keeps the spirit of live entertainment alive.
